Welcome back Timberwolves! We’ve had a PAWESOME first week back to school since the Christmas holiday.

To all our returning families, welcome back! Your presence and continued support mean the world to us. We are thrilled to embark on more learning, growth, and shared experiences. Your dedication to our Catholic school community enriches the educational journey for everyone involved, and we look forward to seeing you all back next week!

Additionally, we extend a warm welcome to the new families who have recently joined our school community. We are delighted to have you with us. Please know that our doors are always open, and we are here to support you as you become part of our school family.

In light of the new year, we will once again review school procedures with students upon our return, as well, we would like to kindly remind parents and caregivers of the importance of keeping us informed about any updates or changes that may affect your child’s school day. As we resume our school routine, it’s essential to ensure that we maintain effective communication between home and school. Your partnership and support greatly contribute to our students’ success, and your involvement is highly valued.

Student Information That May Require Updates:

Medication Changes: If there have been any alterations in your child’s medication, dosage, or administration times, please notify the school office. Your prompt communication helps us ensure your child’s well-being and safety while they are in our care.

Dismissal/Pickup Changes: Any modifications to your child’s regular dismissal routine, such as a change in the person responsible for pickup or a different after-school arrangement, should be communicated to the school office/classroom teacher and/or extended day program in advance. This ensures a smooth and secure transition for your child at the end of the school day.

Pertinent Information: If there are any other updates or pertinent information that you believe would be important for us to know, such as changes in contact details, family circumstances, or health concerns, please do not hesitate to share this information with us.

Your proactive communication allows us to provide the best possible support and care for your child during their time at school. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and conducive learning environment for all our students.

Winter Weather:

Winter is (finally) here!  A reminder that we do spend time outside for learning and recess multiple times each day. We keep an eye on temperature and wind, and we love it when the sun shines. Please remember to send your children with warm layers, winter boots, extra gloves and extra socks (these can get quite wet). Items sent home before the break will be needed as well (indoor shoes, eyeglasses, water bottle etc.). All students require indoor shoes as boots and wet shoes make our floors slippery and are thus, not allowed in the classrooms for safety reasons.
